At Emicon we know that  a common problem among designers of microwave frequency  circuits is to get high Q inductors that have been tested at or near the frequency of interest. They are frequently able to find catalog inductors in the values needed but they have been tested at much lower frequencies than where they are working and the Qs are much lower than desired. Another problem is that the majority of the inductance meters available today do not allow for testing at microwave frequencies. Also, most coil design software will not optimize coils for Q at desired frequencies.

Emicon has  made a specialty out of producing high Q inductors for microwave frequency applications.

All of the following parts have Qs of greater than 100 and have been tested at over 1000 MHz. They all have a plus/minus 5% tolerance on inductance.
